It is important that the photographer take necessary precautions so as to make sure that all employees working with and for him are all protected. He'd want to give training and instructions regarding the safe use of particular items of equipment such as photographic equipment, studio lights, darkroom and computer equipment as appropriate and make sure that these are implemented. He'd make sure that his employees report to him of any work situation which is of a serious and immediate danger to health and safety, for example broken equipment, and also warn the photographer of any shortcomings in the arrangement for ensuring the health and safety of employees.
